Buying:
In our Webshop you have the option to shop as a "Guest" or register.
You can register as an individual or as a company.
We can only issue a VAT invoice if you provide your Tax ID during registration.
We are only able to serve retail customers. Unfortunately, we do not serve resellers.
The products manufactured by Miss Doggi´s ® and distributed in the Webshop can only be purchased here!
ORDERING process:
You can order the products that you put in the cart. The contents of the cart can be modified at any time, and the products in it can be deleted. The system will not remember the contents of your cart after the time limit has expired,
1. Select the product and add it to the cart, specifying the quantity. If a product is available in multiple sizes, select the size you want from the menu.
2. Once you have selected all products, you can finalize your purchase by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button.

¨ You can enter a Coupon Code (if you have one)
¨ You can choose how you want to pay.
3) After you have selected everything, you still have to accept the Terms and Conditions and after pressing the "Continue" button, you will see an order summary. Please review this in detail because after pressing the "Order Confirmation" button, these can no longer be modified and we have received your order.
PAYMENT:
The prices on the webshop are gross prices, meaning they include VAT.
Within 24 hours of placing the order, you pay the full purchase price and shipping fee to the webshop operator using the method chosen by the buyer. In the case of a bank transfer, after the amount is received, the status of your order will change and we will prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible.
You can find and download the invoice for your order in your account.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Transfer: You can find the information required for the transfer on the order summary page.
Paypal : You can pay for the ordered products immediately during the order process, also by bank card. Secure bank card payment is guaranteed by " PayPal ". You can use MasterCard , VISA, VISA Electron , American Express, Maestro cards - the latter only if permitted by the issuing bank - as well as a web card suitable for internet use. Your data will always be perfectly safe, as the payment is made on the encrypted page of " PayPal ". Your card data is handled exclusively by " PayPal " on the payment page with 128-bit SSL encryption, our web store only receives information about the transaction result. After the purchase is completed, we will also confirm the payment result by e-mail and send the so-called transaction identifier - this number identifies the card payment to your bank.
Cash on delivery: The fee is 500 HUF, which is charged if you want to pay the courier for your order. You can do this either in cash or by card. The cash on delivery fee will be charged to your invoice afterwards. The courier must then pay the Final Amount, which is the sum of the order amount, the shipping fee and the cash on delivery fee.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE:
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase after placing the order, but before delivery. In this case, the buyer is not obligated to pay for the reason for the cancellation. The cancellation can be notified by e-mail. The buyer can cancel the purchase without giving any reason within eight working days after receiving the goods, in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) on distance contracts, Section 4. and according to § 5. The buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal before using the goods!
An exception is products that have been manufactured and purchased at the customer's special request. These include: unique color, size, inscription, pattern, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to take back these products.
Return Shipping Costs:
The buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In the event of the buyer's withdrawal, the webshop operator will refund only the price of the goods immediately, but no later than within thirty days.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
If the item you receive is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. If this is not possible for any reason, we will refund the purchase price paid.
The exchange of the item is only possible if it is in the original packaging, in new, unused condition and with the accompanying documents (invoice, block).
If the Factory Label has been removed from the product, we unfortunately cannot accept it as a new/unused product, so we cannot take it back or exchange it and it must be treated as a Warranty defect report.
Decorative elements on the products are not part of the warranty. Examples include: Rhinestones, beads, ribbons, inscriptions, etc.
The seller's further warranty and guarantee liability is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and Government Decree No. 117/1991 (IX. 10.) .
Transport:
We deliver throughout Hungary, with a uniform price list.
IF THE GROSS TOTAL OF YOUR ORDER EXCEEDS 30,000 HUF, THEN WE DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO YOUR HOME FOR FREE within the administrative territory of Hungary! If your order does NOT reach 30,000 HUF, then the shipping fee is as follows: 1,499 HUF.
WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
The ordered products are delivered to your home by ExpressOne contracted courier services, typically between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays. Please provide a delivery address where the package can be successfully delivered between 8 am and 5 pm. For telephone contact, we also recommend providing a telephone number where you can be reached during the day. We always inform our Customers about the arrival of the package and the delivery details before delivery! If the courier does not find anyone at the given address, he will leave a notification. You can inquire about your package from a dispatcher at the telephone number provided there. The courier will attempt delivery again the following day. During the order, you can write any information that may be important for delivery in the "Note to the courier" section. For example, if someone else is picking up the package, be sure to provide the name and contact information of that person. If the address is difficult to find, it is a good idea to provide the exact floor and door number, as well as brief directions, which will help the courier find it more easily. You can also help a lot by providing the doorbell number!
