Purchase:
In our Webshop, you have the option to shop as a "Guest" or to register.
You can register as a private individual or as a company.
We can only issue a VAT invoice if you provide your tax number during registration.
We are only able to serve retail customers. Unfortunately, we do not serve resellers.
The products manufactured by Miss Doggi´s® and sold in the Webshop can only be purchased here!
Order process:
You can order the products you add to your cart. The content of the cart can be modified at any time, and the products in it can be deleted. The system does not remember the contents of your cart after the time limit expires,
1. Select the product and add it to your cart, specifying the quantity. If a product is available in multiple sizes, select the desired size from the menu.
2. Once you have selected all products, you can finalize the purchase with the "ORDER" button.
¨ Here you can modify the shipping address.
¨ You can enter a Coupon Code (if you have one)
¨ You can choose how you want to pay.
¨ You can choose the shipping method
3) After you have made all your selections, you must accept the GTC, and after clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button, you will see an order summary. Please review this in detail, as after clicking the "Send order" button, these can no longer be modified, and we will have received your order.
PAYMENT:
The prices in the webshop are gross prices, meaning they include VAT.
You can find and download the invoice for your order in your account, or we will send it to you automatically by e-mail.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Card payment:
You can pay for the ordered products immediately during the order with a bank card. Secure bank card payment is guaranteed by "PayPal". You can use MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Maestro cards - the latter only if authorized by the issuing bank - as well as web cards suitable for internet use. Your data will be perfectly safe at all times.
Our webshop only receives information about the result of the transaction. At the end of the purchase, we will confirm the payment result by e-mail.
Cash on delivery: The fee for this is HUF 500, which will be charged if you wish to pay for your order to the courier. You can do this either in cash or by card. The cash on delivery fee will be charged to the invoice retrospectively. The full amount, which consists of the order amount, the shipping fee, and the cash on delivery fee, must be paid to the courier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase after placing the order, but before delivery. In this case, the buyer has no payment obligation due to the withdrawal. The cancellation can be indicated by e-mail. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 working days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) on contracts concluded between absent parties. The buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal before using the goods!
Exceptions are products that have been manufactured and purchased at the customer's special request. These include, for example: unique color, size, inscription, pattern, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to take back these products.
Return Shipping Costs:
The buyer bears the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In case of buyer's withdrawal, the webshop operator will refund the purchase price immediately, but no later than within thirty days.
PRODUCT WARRANTY:
If the received item is faulty or damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. If this is not possible for any reason, we will refund the purchase price paid.
The item can only be exchanged in its original packaging, in new, unused condition, and with the attached documents (invoice, receipt).
If the original tag has been removed from the product, unfortunately, we cannot accept it as new/unused, and therefore cannot take it back or exchange it, and we must treat it as a warranty claim.
Decorative elements on the products are not covered by the warranty. These include: rhinestones, beads, ribbons, inscriptions, etc.
The seller's further warranty and guarantee liability is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and Government Decree 117/1991 (IX.10.).

FoxPost is our shipping partner within Hungary for parcel lockers or home delivery.
GLS is our partner for international shipping.
